Gratuities

Gratuity is not included in our package prices. Gift Certificates will indicate whether gratuity was included.

Gift Certificate Policy

Please present your gift certificates at the time of your arrival. Gift certificates are non-refundable for cash, but they may be redeemed for another service of equal or lesser value.

Cancellations

Please keep in mind that your scheduled appointment has been reserved for you with our skilled therapists. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations. A full service fee will be incurred for all appointments that are cancelled without notice. Gift Certificates will be considered redeemed.

Scheduling

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service. Should you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your service length will be adjusted to maintain our schedule. If scheduling a gift certificate please have it in your possession when calling.

Personal Possessions

Unfortunately we cannot assume any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings.

Visa, Master Card, Cash, Check (with ID), Spa Gift Certificates

Comfort

Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner to ensure your comfort. If you are uncomfortable at any time, please let your therapist or management know.

We request that no children be allowed in the spa at anytime and that all cell phones and beepers to be turned off. This is out of respect for our other clients as to assure them uninterrupted relaxation.
